We Are Not Accepting New Patients At This Time. Thank You.
Inclement Weather Policies
Our office typically follows our local school board closures. We close for the safety of our patients and our staff, many of whom come in from out of town. In the event that we need to close the office, any affected patients will be contacted directly via email/phone to reschedule or adjust their booked appointments. We will also post updates on our website. If you call our office and we are closed, our voicemail message will direct you to check our website for more information.
Of note, if we reach out to you via phone, calls may come in as “No Caller ID”. We ask that you do your best to answer these calls, if you have an appointment booked.
We apologize for any inconvenience our cancellations may cause - our top priority is keeping you safe and healthy.
We wish you a safe and warm remainder of winter.
Sincerely,
The Doctors at Birchtree Family Medicine
